Payment intent is not booking confirmation

Understand draft, payment and fulfillment states before relying on a reservation.

A draft keeps your plan

A saved itinerary or draft contains details you entered. It does not mean seats have been held, a payment succeeded or a booking has been confirmed.

A payment must be verified

Clicking a payment button or returning from a payment page is not proof of successful payment. The service must verify the payment result before recording a paid order.

Fulfillment follows payment

A confirmed payment and a completed airline reservation are separate results. Check the order’s fulfillment status, airline reference and delivery details before relying on a document.

If payment is unavailable

Follow the recovery options on the booking page, retain your draft if offered, or contact support. Do not repeat payment attempts based only on an unclear browser result.
