Customers and support agents can see whether an order is pending, in progress, delivered, changed, expired, refunded, failed, or cancelled.

Supported lifecycle states

| Draft | Your request has not been submitted. |
| Submitted | Your request details were received. |
| Paid | Payment was recorded and fulfillment checks can begin. |
| In review | Support is reviewing route, passenger, and compliance details. |
| In fulfillment | The reservation support document is being prepared. |
| Delivered | The document was sent and the validity window is visible. |
| Correction requested | A minor detail needs review before final delivery. |
| Failed | The service could not deliver as promised; support must offer a resolution path. |
| Refunded | A refund decision was processed with a reason code. |
| Expired | The temporary reservation should not be treated as active. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled before fulfillment completed. |
Customer resolution paths
- Delivery problem: contact support with order ID and appointment timing.
- Minor typo before delivery: request correction review before fulfillment completes.
- Failed fulfillment: support records a failed state and provides refund or resolution options.
- Refund request: eligibility is reviewed against the published refund policy and fulfillment status.
