Core terms

  • The service is designed for lawful travel-planning and visa-document workflows only.
  • Customers must enter accurate passenger names, route details, dates, contact details, and appointment timing.
  • Customers must verify official requirements with the relevant authority before relying on any reservation document.
  • The service does not create airline tickets for boarding, fake PNRs, forged documents, altered documents, official determinations, or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Temporary reservation support must not be presented as a paid airline ticket, permission to board, visa approval, immigration approval, or official acceptance by any authority.

Prohibited use and refusal rights

  • Customers must not alter, forge, resell, impersonate, or misrepresent any reservation-support document.
  • Customers must not use the service to deceive airlines, embassies, consulates, visa centers, governments, border officials, travel authorities, payment providers, or other reviewers.
  • Customers must not request documents for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating purposes.
  • Support may refuse, cancel, refund, or escalate any request that appears suspicious, inconsistent, unsupported, deceptive, or unlawful.
  • The operating brand, support contact, and head-office details must remain consistent across the site.

Cookie policy

Necessary cookies stay on for site security, consent storage, and request integrity. Optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you accept them. We do not send passenger names, route details, booking references, email addresses, or phone numbers to analytics or advertising tools.
